The eighth annual meeting of Global Automotive Forum (GAF2018) will be held on June 5-6, 2018 at Chongqing Yuelai International Conference Center.

The organizing committee has selected 2 hotels for participants, including the hotel of main venue. Participants may choose the hotel that they prefer. The hotels are offering all Forum participants a special room rate for delegate guest (see table below).
Hotel Reservation:
Contact hotel reception for reservation. Special room rate for delegate guest is available as you inform the manager that you are with GAF2018 or Auto Chongqing 2018.
Notice：
- The reservation will be kept until 18:00. If you arrive at hotel later than 18:00, please inform the hotel in advance.
- During June 5-6, free shuttle buses will be arranged between Kingtown Hotel and Conference Center.
- The hotel rooms will be in urgent need during GAF2018, please make an early reservation.
- Guest needs to guarantee his/her reservation with a credit card or deposit for Wyndham Chongqing Yuelai. There will be no refunds for any changes or cancellation made 10 days or less prior to scheduled arrival time. In that case, a full amount will be charged by the hotel.
